Warehouse
Warehouse was created as a component allowing to connect the electronic documents world with their physical (paper) equivalent. This module is created for:
- Modeling physical structure which represents location of paper documents, e.g.: (Poznan / office 1 / room 213 / store 3 / binder 20)
- Checking documents actual stock location
- Management of rights for particular groups and users (competence)
- Automation by using bar codes (label on a document allows an immediate search of an electronic equivalent by the use of bar code reader)
- Personal / group responsibility for physical document
- Documents delivery between stock locations (two-phase operation between sender and receiver controlled by the system, prevents document loss and specifies responsibility for document)
